KeyStore — Complete Setup Guide (SMTP, Payments & Suppliers)

Welcome! Your KeyStore store is live on Licofy. We already handled the hosting for you: subdomain and HTTPS, database and files, web server config, your admin account, and all background jobs. This guide takes you from login to your first sale in about 15 minutes. Follow the steps in order ??? each one builds on the last.

Step 1 ??? Log in to your admin panel

Open https://YOUR-SUBDOMAIN.licofy.com/admin and log in with the admin email and password from setup. You should see your dashboard with products, orders and settings in the sidebar. If you forget the password, use the store's Forgot password link on the login page.

Demo check: open your storefront in a private window ??? you should see your store name and an (empty) product catalog. That confirms the site, database and web server are all healthy.

Step 2 ??? SMTP: switch on your store's email

Without SMTP your store is mute: no order confirmations, no password resets, no low-stock alerts. Most new stores miss this and only notice when a customer complains ??? do it now.

1. In your admin go to Settings ??? Connection and find the SMTP card.
2. Fill host (e.g. smtp.gmail.com), port, encryption (tls or ssl per your provider's docs), username and password.
3. Save, then use the send test mail button. Check inbox and spam. Only proceed when the test arrives.

Step 3 ??? Payments: let customers pay you

Open the payment gateways page in your admin and enable at least one method ??? bank transfer, wallet balance, or an online gateway. Enter your real receiving details (account number, wallet address, or gateway keys).

Demo check: place a small test order yourself and pay it. Watch it appear under Orders, then refund or cancel it. If money and order status both move correctly, payments work.

Step 4 ??? Connect supply through LicoSup (products with packages)

Your products arrive with packages ??? for example one TikTok Accounts product containing UK TikTok, US TikTok and Canada TikTok variants, each with its own price and stock. Supply flows like this:

1. Open supplier.licofy.com and go to Connect a supplier.
2. Pick your supplier and click Generate key. Copy it immediately ??? it is shown once. Also copy the endpoint URL shown beside it. New shops: matching suppliers are usually pre-connected automatically ??? then skip to Sync.
3. In your shop admin, open the supplier page and paste the endpoint + key, then save.
4. Back in the supply hub, open Wallet, select your product wallet, click Request top-up, make the bank transfer, and wait for approval. Ordering unlocks once the wallet passes the minimum ??? until then orders pause instead of spending anyone else's money.
5. Back in your shop admin, run Sync. Products land with their packages; open one to confirm variants and stock counts.
6. Optional but recommended: in the hub open My products and untick anything you don't want to sell ??? your shop only loads what you selected. You can remove whole products or single packages.

Demo check: as a customer, open a product, pick a package, and complete checkout. The package stock should drop by one and the order should appear in your admin.

Step 5 ??? Daily routine (2 minutes)

• Wallet: top up before it empties ??? orders pause automatically at zero.
• Catalog: re-sync when new products or packages arrive.
• Keys: if a key leaks or staff leaves, disable it in the supply hub, generate a new one, and repaste. One click each side.
• Refunds: cancelled upstream orders refund your wallet automatically (full amount including markup) once upstream confirms.
